New 4-H Afterschool Club Creates New Films

A dozen middle-school youth are meeting weekly as part of 4-H this spring to learn new skills in media production. Using IMovie and handheld digital movie cameras, they are creating commercials, making their own original movies, and interviewing community members around town.

This project is supported with help from WSU Wahkiakum County Extension, Wahkiakum Community Network, and Connie Christopher, Cathlamet libarian.
